Participation Terms

Photo Contact Istanbul fair allows corporate or individual participation.

Corporate Participation Conditions:

1. Institutional participation in the fair for exhibition and sales purposes can be provided.
2. The minimum rentable booth area is 20 m2.
3. Stands can be removed after 15 October 19:00.
4. Participants will be featured in the Fair catalog, website, and social media accounts.
5. Standard booths include 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet, wall, and lighting.
6. Empty booths include 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet, wall, and lighting.
7. Nailing/screwing is not allowed on standard panels.
8. Participants who wish to participate with custom booths can design their booths as they wish.

9. Participants are required to have representatives at their booths during the fair’s open hours.

Individual Participation Conditions:

1. Individual participation in the fair for exhibition and sales purposes is possible.
2. There is a minimum requirement to rent a 6 mt wall.
3. Nailing/screwing is not allowed on standard panels.
4. Standard panels will be provided through renting tij/elevators.
5. Standard panels are 1 mt x 2.8 mt in size and available in white or colored.
6. Artists who wish to participate with custom walls can paint them in their desired color.
7. Nailing/screwing is allowed on custom walls.
8. Artworks can be installed after 10th October 2023, 16:00.
9. Artworks can be removed after 15th October 19:00.
10. Artworks can be sold.
11. For each sold artwork, FOTON will provide a hologram certificate.
12. Artists are required to be present at their booths during the fair’s open hours.
13. Standard panels include 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet, wall, and lighting.

14. Custom walls include paint, 1 table, 2 chairs, carpet, wall, and lighting.
